Yes, Suica or PASMO can pay the base fare, but it does not replace the reserved-seat Skyliner ticket. For Narita Airport to Nippori or Keisei Ueno, the current IC total is ¥2,567 for an adult or ¥1,283 for a child after adding the separate Skyliner ticket.
The standard one-way child price is ¥1,290, or ¥1,150 with the overseas-visitor e-ticket. Keisei's child category covers ages 6 to 11 and a 12-year-old still in primary school, but not a 6-year-old who has not started primary school. Ask Keisei when a younger child needs a reserved seat.
No. These Skyliner prices cover Narita Airport to Nippori or Keisei Ueno. Any train, subway, bus or taxi beyond those stations needs a separate fare.
To change the date or ticket type, cancel the overseas-visitor e-ticket and buy it again. An unused ticket is not refunded automatically after it expires. Tickets bought elsewhere can have different terms, so check before paying.
